Customer Service!

After reading SAM's rant's about the beauty business that she patronized for year's now..
I remember tuloy bigla ang aming karanasan kagabi.

Lemme tell you.

My friend Tine, asked me a favor last night na dumaan muna ng Chowking Edsa last night.
( to be exact Chowking starmall, the 24hours one) to buy Siopao na babaunin
sana niya sa other work niya,. Well, It's a midnight work of her, kaya she need
something to eat and maybe she craved for Siopao.

So, pagpasok namin ng Chowking, there was a 1 counter open,
at sa isang counter 2 pa sila na nakabantay.

Tine and I were the 2nd customer in line.
So, the first customer is guy. So he ordered, and I know na his
ordered is already taken by that lady cashier..

hmmm.. Lemme analize what had happened last night,.!
I recall na si lady cashier ay todo smile at tingin kay guy na nag
order sa kanya ng siopao, at ang isang katabi niya na guy
na nasa counter rin ay doing nothing..

Anyare saming 2 ni Tine? ngangey... We went out,
na hindi man lang kami na accomodate ng 2 staff na nasa harap namin..Omg
2 pa man din kayo!! hindi niyo man lang ba kami napansin..???
No one, even tend to ask what do we need?

Hello naman 2 na lang nga ang customer na nasa harap ninyo,
hindi pa maasikaso ng maayos.. pwede naman na mag wait ang isang
customer sa side while taking the order of the next customer right???

Gwapo ba yang guy na nasa harap mo teh at hindi mo na naisip na may isa pang customer na naghihintay..ayos ayos rin pag may time  huh..!!

Ohh!!  btw.. It happened Monday ,July 29,2013 around 11:30 pm..
